CAMHS ADHD Assessment

They also would like to see more targeted support for families and children who have been diagnosed with ADHD.
In the wake of the QI project, the wait times between referral and ADHD assessment have decreased substantially. This is in line with targets for trust-levels, and shows an emphasis on enhancing effectiveness and capacity across the CAMHS System. The team utilized the model of change and Plan-Do–Study–Act cycles to create positive changes in the ADHD process.
